Raising Your Vibration

A Guide to Raising your Vibration

"Love is misunderstood to be an emotion; actually it is a state of awareness, a way of being in the world, a way of seeing oneself and others."  David Hawkins

Every person is on a journey —
Not just through time or terrain,
But through consciousness itself.

This journey is not a straight line.
It is a spiral, a dance, a holy unfolding.

It begins in sleep.
It leads us through fire.
And it returns us to truth —
To love, to wholeness, to the temple of the self.

This is the Heroine’s Journey —
This is Her Sacred Journey.

The Consensus State

The Sleeping Soul · “I am who they say I am.”

This is where the journey begins.
    - We are shaped by our families, our churches, our culture.
    - We absorb beliefs that aren’t ours.
    - We learn to be good instead of true.
    - We seek safety through belonging.
    - But inside, something stirs.

How to Work with It:

  • Practice awareness. Begin to notice the stories you inherited.

  • Ask gently: “Whose voice is this?”

  • Begin journaling your values, your truth, your essence.

  • Hold compassion for your past self — she survived for a reason.

Raising Your Vibration Here:

  • Cultivate curiosity. Question without judgment.

  • Surround yourself with beauty, music, nature — these remind the soul of its deeper home.

  • Begin meditation, breathwork, or gentle self-inquiry.

Your job in this stage is to awaken. To realize you are not who they told you to be.

The Individuated State

The Awakening Soul · “I am becoming who I truly am.”

     - This is the fire. The reclamation.
    - Old beliefs burn. Relationships fall away.
    - The soul seeks her voice, her truth, her healing.
    - This stage is often marked by crisis, transformation, and courage.

How to Work with It:

  • Commit to your inner work. Shadow work, therapy, ritual, plant medicine, ancestral healing.

  • Build your intuitive muscles — divination, journaling, astrology, embodiment practices.

  • Honor your sovereignty. Your path will not look like anyone else's.

Raising Your Vibration Here:

  • Practice radical self-honesty — and radical self-love.

  • Nourish yourself with soul food: books, teachers, music, poetry.

  • Create. Express. Sing your soul into the world.

Your job in this stage is to remember. To become sovereign. To be whole unto yourself.

The Spiritual State

The Devotional Soul · “I am all things, and all things are within me.”

     - This is the return — not to conformity, but to communion.
    - Here, the soul no longer seeks to escape the world, but to infuse it with light.
    - Service becomes natural. Compassion arises. The self becomes a vessel.

How to Work with It:

  • Live in alignment with your soul's values. Every act can be a prayer.

  • Stay humble. The ego loves to cling to “being spiritual.” Keep softening.

  • Deepen your ritual life. Make space for mystery, silence, and guidance.

Raising Your Vibration Here:

  • Embody stillness. Meditate daily, walk barefoot, bless your food.

  • Forgive. Release. Let go of the old stories.

  • Offer your gifts in service — without attachment, just love.

Your job in this stage is to embody. To serve. To be a living sanctuary.

The Spiral is Sacred

You will revisit these stages again and again.
Not because you are failing,
But because you are deepening.

Each turn of the spiral invites you
to shed another layer,
to rise a little higher,
to love a little deeper.

This is the Heroine’s Journey.
Not a path to somewhere else,
but a return to the sacred within.

Practices to Support Your Journey:
  • Daily Check-In: “What vibration am I living in today — fear, courage, love, trust?”

  • Moon Rituals: Use New Moons and Full Moons to track your growth, set intentions, and release.

  • Temple Time: Create sacred space weekly for reflection, creativity, prayer, or stillness.

  • Soul Tools: Use astrology, tarot, Gene Keys, or Human Design as mirrors — not authorities.
