     A Ceremony of Thought, Word, and Sacred Voice

You Will Need:

• A feather or incense (air element)

• Two sheets of paper and a pen

• A candle (pale blue or white)

• A small stone or talisman to represent the voice

• Optional: lavender or peppermint oil (for clarity and breath)

The Ceremony

1. Create the Air Altar

Light the candle and place the feather or incense before you. Breathe deeply. Let your thoughts swirl, settle, and soften. Whisper:

“I open the gates of my mind. I welcome truth. I release illusion.”

2. The Old Story

On the first page, write a looping thought or belief you are ready to release. Let it pour — raw, unfiltered, honest. Then speak it aloud. Say:

“This was my story. But it is not the only one.”

Tear it up and scatter the pieces (or burn them safely if called).

3. The Rewritten Spell
